Accommodation

There are many hotels and guest houses in Brighton which is a popular resort.

In addition we have booked 30 single rooms at the University of Sussex which is on the outskirts of Brighton, 5miles (8 kilometres) from the centre.  These rooms share a bathroom, toilet and kitchen with a small number of other rooms.  They cost £40 per night including breakfast.  It takes 8 minutes by train and 30 minutes by bus to the University Campus from the centre of Brighton.

It is possible to pay using a credit or debit card in a number of other currencies*.  If you wish to pay this way we will send you a special PayPal invoice with instructions on how to pay.  You will need to tell us what currency you wish to pay in (this will normally be your own currency) and we will invoice you in this currency.  The invoice will be valid for only one week given the current instability in exchange rates.  This means that when you request a PayPal invoice from us then you need to be able to pay the invoice, using your debit or credit card, within one week.

Cancellation policy:

Please note that a handling fee of £25 applies in relation to any cancellation prior to May 10th .  From May 10^th to June 10^th 50% of the total fee will be refunded.  After June 10^th no refunds will be given but a paid up place can always be transferred to another designated person.
